Optifix® Dispensers

Our Optifix® Dispensers come in four models; Basic, Solvent, Safety and HF. Each is designed to increase efficiency and provide additional safety to daily laboratory operations. Optifix® Dispensers are manufactured to the highest quality standards, ensuring accurate, reliable and easy dispensing. The tops on the 0.2-1mL to 20-100mL sizes are color coded for quick and easy identification. Each comes with an intake tube, 38mm and 45mm adapter. The Basic and Solvent models have a lifetime warranty against mechanical defects assuring years of service.
Optifix® Basic Dispenser for aqueous solutions, light acids and crystallizing substances. The piston is glass sheathed in thick PTFE. The unit is autoclavable up to 121°C. Yellow color-coded top.
Optifix® Solvent Dispenser for organic solvents and materials that swell PTFE. The piston is glass. The unit is autoclavable up to 121°C. Red color-coded top.
Optifix® Solvent Dispenser with Vapor Trap for organic solvents and materials that swell PTFE. This solvent dispenser has a special solid PTFE Trap designed to trap organic vapors, moisture and/or gasses. Trap can be filled with adsorbent of choice; charcoal, molecular sieve, silica gel or t.h.e dessicant.
Optifix® Safety Dispenser for fuming acids, brominated compounds and strong smelling reagents. The piston is glass sheathed in thick PTFE. Additional lipseal prevents fumes from escaping. The unit is not autoclavable. Green color-coded top.
Optifix® HF Dispenser for Hydrofluoric Acid. Sapphire ball valves and PTFE valve fittings create and inert system. The unit is not autoclavable. Purple color-coded top.
