General description: | DIABLO is known to interact with mammalian IAP homolog A (MIHA, XIAP), MIHB, MIHC and OpIAP. Furthermore, DIABLO binds to IAPs and prevents them from blocking caspases, thereby inducing apoptosis. Rabbit Anti-DIABLO antibody binds to human, bovine, pig, and canine DIABLO. |
