Corning hybrigro SF™ medium is a complete, animal component-free, defined medium specifically developed for serum-free growth and antobody protection with a variety of hybridoma cell lines. It provides improved growth and antibody production over serum supplemented media.
hybrigro SF™ is formulated with glutagro supplement to provide a stable, ready-to-use formulation—no glutamine supplementation is required. It contains Polaxamer 188™ to provide shear force protection during agitated suspension culture, and low concentrations of highly purified non-animal origin recombinant proteins added for enhanced cell growth and productivity.
Formulated without phenol red. There are no undefined hydrolysates, ultra filtered lysates, or peptides in the formulation.
