Access to the various parts of the site are available on the menu bar that appear towards the top of the window. Click on each to be directed to the labeled location. Also use our search function on the top to most easily direct you towards product information. If you are a registered user, please login to activate more features of the site.

There are many ways to get product information on our site. The most common is through our Search. The Search module appears in the top right corner of our homepage. Enter keywords or part numbers and hit enter or the green search button. Product results will appear in a list on the page and any category name matches will appear on the right side bar. Hit "More" for an expanded list of category name matches. You can further filter these search results by section or vendor on the bottom right of the search results page. To broaden or narrow your results, you can change the method of search on the bottom of the results page to "Any Word", "All Words", "Cat No. Only" or "LIST ALL". "Any Word" is the default.

The Advanced Search button will take you to an Advanced Search page where you can change your method search by selecting "Any keyword" or "All keywords".

If you select the Browse Catalog tab on the top of the homepage, you can look through our catalog alphabetically by product category & supplier/brand name, or numerically by item number. Simply select how you want to browse the catalog by clicking on the appropriate Browse Catalog submenu. When browsing by cateogory, each link you select gives more specific results, and ultimately leads you to a product page.

On the homepage, the Millipore Sigma Catalog can be accessed on the Chemicals tab in the Featured Scientific and Laboratory Equipment section. By clicking Sigma, you will access our exclusive Millipore Sigma catalog of products. You can choose the Sigma brand you are looking for and see listings of the Sigma products under those brands and access the product pages and all of the information on that product.

There are four basic methods to order : Add items from the product page, add items in Quick Order, add items from My Favorites, or add items under "forget something?" on the right sidebar. By adding the quantity on product pages next to the item you want and clicking add to cart, you add the item to your shopping basket. You can also manually enter Krackeler Scientific part numbers on the Quick Order page. These items get added to the basket as well. My Favorites works similarly and is explained below. Items can be deleted and their quantities changed in the Shopping Basket. Once you are satisfied with the items in your Shopping Basket, you can continue to the Checkout page to complete your order. On the checkout page you can include any special requests or instructions in the Additional Information section. Click on Check Out and your request will come to us. We will contact you with an acknowledgement.

You can submit a quote request on the checkout page. Browse the catalog and add items you might be interested in to the shopping basket.  When done, review the items in your basket and click checkout.  On the checkout page, fill in the required contact fields on the form, and press Request Quote at the bottom of the page.   We will get back to you with a quotation.

Favorites is a way for our customers to place items that are ordered frequently into their shopping basket without having to re-search every time they want to purchase them. After logging in and browsing the catalog, click the star next to an item on a product page to add it to your Favorites. A box will pop up that will ask you what list you would like to add item to. You can choose a list in the drop down menu or add a new list. Creating different lists allow you to group and organize your favorites if necessary.

Access Your Favorites page by clicking Profile at the top of the screen and then My Favorites (you must be logged in). There, you can add a favorite item to a list by plugging in the catalog # or you can create or delete a list. You can also decide what to add directly to your cart at anytime from this page by clicking the button to the left of the item and then clicking Add to Cart.
