Celltreat® Culture Tubes

The NEW Celltreat® Culture Tubes feature dual caps that allow for either vented or sealed positions and are ideal for applications such as bacterial or suspension cell culture. Avalailable in both polypropylene and polystyrene. Polystyrene tubes are optically clear to visualize cultures, while polypropylene tubes are autoclavable and offer better chemical resistance.

Materials

  • Tube: USP Class VI virgin polypropylene (PP)
  • Tube: USP Class VI virgin polystyrene (PS)
  • Cap: USP Class VI virgin low density polyethylene (LDPE)

Specifications

  • Sterilization Assurance Level: SAL 10-6; Sterilized by irradiation
  • RNase/DNase free
  • Non-pyrogenic
  • Every case is printed with the lot number for quality traceability
  • PP tube: Centrifuge up to 3,000 x g
  • PS tube: Centrifuge up to 1,400 x g
