EZwaste® HPLC Caps

Foxx Life Sciences’ EZWaste® HPLC Caps are designed to be an affordable solution for liquid waste disposal. Each system is manufactured to combine with any 38-430, GL45, 51S, 53, S70 or 83B threaded container and safely collect waste from one or more HPLC systems. These assemblies feature an activated carbon exhaust filter which traps volatile organic compounds form being released into the air. This prevents chemicals from being inhaled by lab workers and provides an easy mechanism of disposal for vapor wastes.


The EZWaste® HPLC Caps feature a closed loop design which protects against leaks and spills, improving overall lab safety.


Each cap assembly includes Delrin or polypropylene fittings with corresponding plugs for unused ports. Furthermore, each assembly comes with a VersaCap® 38-430, GL45, 51S, 53, S70 or 83B with a corresponding manifold and a carbon exhaust filter.

  • Carbon exhaust filter traps solvent vapor
  • Polypropylene 1/2" OD compression tube fitting
  • 1/8" and/or 3/8" polypropelyne hose barb fittings
  • Delrin 1/8" and/or 1/16" OD tube fittings with corresponding ferrule(s)
  • EZWaste® Universal Stackable Manifold with 6 ports for either 1/16" or 1/8" OD tubing, 3 ports for either 1/8" or 3/8" hose barbs, 3 ports for 1/2" OD tubing and matching plugs for each port
  • VersaCap® 38-430, open top for use with machines manifolds, white PP
