Nalgene™ Autoclavable Carboys with Handles

Nalgene™ popular round shape carboy with handles and 83B closure constructed of autoclavable polypropylene. White polypropylene screw closure and TPE gasket. Excellent for large batches of culture media, distilled water and other solutions. Graduated to contain in 1 gallon and 5L increments. Leakproof. Not recommended for use with hazardous materials. Accepts No. 13-1/2 rubber stopper. For best results, autoclave using a properly vented closure.

NOTE: Nalgene™ PP containers can be used for long-term storage, but direct UV exposure should be avoided.
