Nalgene™ Transparent Polymethylpentene Straight-Sided Jars

Nalgene™ autoclavable polymethylpentene jars offer clarity with good chemical resistance. They make excellent museum jars; formaldehyde loss is only 2% per year. White polypropylene screw closure. Meets requirements of CFR21, Part 177.1520 for food and beverage use. NOTE: Before autoclaving, completely remove cap or closure and set on top of the container at an angle without engaging the threads.

NOTE: Nalgene™ PMP containers can be used for long-term storage, but direct UV exposure should be avoided.
