Nunc™ 1536-Well Polystyrene Plates

These 1536-well plates are specifically designed for automation and ultra-high throughput screening, featuring a well density 16 times that of 96-well plates in a standard microplate footprint. Rounded square wells with flat bottoms optimize dispenser and reader access. Plates have a total volume of 13µL per well and a working volume of 1–10µL per well. The center-to-center well distance is 2.25mm with a well depth of 5.0mm. The plates fit into a standard 96-well footprint compatible with standard equipment and automated handling systems. The skirted plate rim allows labeling and bar coding. Plate height optimised for top, bottom, and OD reading. Low profile lid and sealing tapes can be purchased separately. Available in black, white and clear and with MaxiSorp™ surface for immunology as well as non-treated surface.

The MaxiSorp™ surface is recommended for assays where glycoproteins, such as antibodies, are adsorbed in the plastic. MaxiSorp™ surface has a a guaranteed affinity for proteins based on IgG adsorption.
