White or black upper structures with optically clear polystyrene bottoms that can be read from bottom and top, or both. Optimized for scintillation counting. Pinchbar design; polystyrene/polymer base. External dimensions 128 x 86mm. Working range: 10-100µL/well. Rounded square wells eliminate wicking. Available with cell culture or nontreated surfaces for homogeneous assays.
White plates are ideal for luminescence and fluorescence assays, and black plates are ideal for fluorescence assays. Nunclon™Δ, Poly-D-Lysine and Collagen I surface for cell culture. The Poly-D-Lysine and Collagen I coatings on the polystyrene plate create a positive charge on the surface that promotes cell attachment, growth, and differentiation. Produced in a clean environment.
