Thermo Scientific Revco™ High-Performance Laboratory Refrigerators fit a variety of space and storage requirements. They feature a microprocessor control system, positive airflow systems, industrial-quality cabinet construction and extra-strength refrigeration compressors that are ideal for industrial, clinical and scientific applications. Refrigerators have a factory preset temperature of 4°C, which can be adjusted between 1 and 8°C. With automatic defrost and condensate removal.
- The microprocessor control employs digital electronic technology designed to simplify operation and deliver greater accuracy. User-friendly features include icon-based controls and a large, easy-to-read digital display of temperature within 0.1°C. A graphic thermometer is steady green when temperature is normal, and flashes top bar for overtemperature, bulb for undertemperature. With a sensor that automatically initiates defrost cycle on demand, eliminating the need for a defrost timer, minimizing frost buildup, and optimizing coil efficiency.
- Refrigerators also feature an advanced alarm system to maximize protection of your work. Both audible and visual warnings alert to temperature deviations or power failure. A key-operated master switch optimizes setpoint security. With push-button alarm test and remote alarm contacts; alarm silence, ringback, and auto reset; and controller battery backup system.
- Units are crafted with durability and longevity in mind and feature industrial-grade cabinet construction and compressors. The cold-rolled steel interior and exteriors are finished with high-impact powder paint coating. Positive forced-air circulation system maintains temperature uniformity to protect your valuable samples and inventory. High-density CFC-free urethane foam insulation regulates temperature with the additional benefit of helping to minimize operating cost. Each refrigerator has single, double or triple self-closing, key-locked doors and includes epoxy-coated, open-wire shelves adjustable in 1" increments. Environmentally friendly, mercury-free LED lighting with door-activated switch illuminates the interior. All models also have adjustable leveling feet. Chest model has a 1" diameter access port with plug.
