SC Complete Defined Media for S. cerevisiae contains Yeast Nitrogen Base (1.7g/L), ammonium sulfate (5g/L), dextrose (20g/L) and an SC mixture of amino acids minus those indicated in the product name. Agar must be sterilized separately and then added to sterilized SC Complete before pouring plates.
