Spectrafuge™ 6C Compact Research Centrifuges

The Spectrafuge™ 6C has been designed for quick production of PPP (platelet poor plasma) and PRP (platelet rich plasma) as well as other applications in the clinical or research laboratory. It features digital control for maximum accuracy.
The unit is complete with a removable rotor that holds up to 6 x 15mL conical tubes, and will accomodate most common blood draw tubes with the use of adapters (available separately). The variable speed allows for a variety of applications to be performed. A timer controls operation from 30 seconds to 30 minutes or can be set to "hold" for continuous operation.
The control panel of the centrifuge features easy turn knobs and large digital displays for time and speed. The lid is locked during operation - once the rotor has come to a stop, the lid knob can be pressed to unlock the lid and gain access to the samples.
The Spectrafuge™ 6C is the smallest centrifuge in its class and can fit on even the most crowded bench. The 8 x 9" footprint makes it ideal for almost any laboratory and it can easily be transported from lab to lab. With rugged construction that will provide years of trouble free operation. The Spectrafuge™ is also safe for cold room use.
