Versatile and easy to use, the Thermo Scientific Heraeus™ Pico™ and Fresco™ microcentrifuges deliver fast acceleration and deceleration (12 sec./12 sec.) for a multitude of separation tasks in the microliter sample range. Combine productivity, versatility, safety and convenience in a compact, easy-to-use lab instrument. Available in 17,000 x g and 21,100 x g models, both the ventilated Pico™ and the refrigerated Fresco™ offer a range of rotors to support micro-volume protocols such as nucleic acid preparation, protein isolation and reaction set-up. Featuring a new 24 x 2mL rotor with a ClickSeal™ bio-containment lid certified by CAMR.
Intuitive controls with bright digital display enable quick setup and simple operation. Fast acceleration and braking shortens run times (approx. 12 seconds) for faster throughput. Sleek, lightweight, space-saving design is also rugged, durable and easy to clean and maintain. Centrifuges have capacity of 24 x 1.5/2.0mL. Refrigerated models offer temperature control from -9° to +40°C.
