Vibrasorb® Vibration Damping Mount

Isolate sensitive analytical balances and other instruments from disturbing vibrations caused by nearby equipment such as pumps, stirrers, and blenders with Vibrasorb® Damping Mounts. Molded of dense black & white terrazzo, the 64mm (2 1/2") thick platform has four Vibro-Absorber™ cushions and neoprene feet. It will absorb vibrations and will support up to 16 Kg. (35 lb.). A polished surface resists scratches and chemical attack. Overall height is 76mm (3").
Vibrasorb® is available in two sizes as well as a round model. The larger size Damping Mount will absorb vibrations down to 13 Hz. The smaller size Damping Mount will absorb vibrations down to 16 Hz. with a 35 lb. load. With lighter loads the minimum frequency of damping will increase to a value between 16 Hz. and 25 Hz.
