These Pyrex® Soxhlet extractors have a bulb in siphon tube near the top of tube to facilitate cycling of the siphoning action. Pyrex® extraction thimbles, paper filters or glass wool are used to support the sample. The siphon tube is protected from accidental damage by the vapor tube. The unit has a ST inner joint and ST outer joints at the top and bottom.
