Jumbosep®

Concentration, purification, and diafiltration of 15mL to 60mL samples with greater than 90% recovery. Jumbosep has low protein-binding Omega™ membrane (modified polyethersulfone on polyethylene substrate). Polypropylene housing minimizes nonspecific binding. Built-in deadstop feature prevents samples from spinning to dryness.

Use with a swinging bucket rotor that accepts 250mL bottles and is capable of up to 3000 x g.
