Whatman™ Nytran™ SuPerCharge and Nytran-N Nylon Membranes

Nytran SuPerCharge and Nytran N nylon membranes provide consistent, reproducible results with Southern and Northern transfers, as well as colony and plaque lifts. Nytran SuPerCharge has the highest positive charge available in a nylon membrane. Compatible with both isotopic and nonisotopic detection methods, Nytran SuPerCharge consistently gives very high signal with extremely low background.

Nytran N is a moderately charged nylon membrane, manufactured using the same technology as the Nytran SuPerCharge. Nytran N provides very low background.

Both are offered in sheets, circles, and rolls.
