Pure nitrocellulose membranes with 2µm pore size optimized for maximum performance. BioTrace NT provides a unique structure and an absence of growth inhibiting ingredients that facilitates bacterial growth even when the bacteria are stressed by transformation. BioTrace NT can be used as a general purpose binding matrix when cost is a consideration. It offers a protein binding capacity of 209 µg/cm2. It does not bind common protein stains.
