Vivapure® Ion Exchange Columns

Vivapure® Mini & Maxi IEX spin columns are centrifugal devices, incorporating Sartobind Membrane Adsorber technology as their chromatography matrix.

The rapid 1-2-3 bind-wash-elute protocol especially lends itself to screening applications, where many samples are processed parallel.

Vivapure® spin columns can be used for sample preparation and quantitative purification. Vivapure® Mini & Maxi spin columns are available with four different membranes. Vivapure Mini has a binding capacity of up to 4mg and Vivapure Maxi has a binding capacity of up to 80mg.
