Kimax® Engler Distilling Flasks
Kimax® distilling flask. All sidearm tubes are sealed at an angle of 75° from the neck and is 137 ± 3 mm from the bottom of the flask. Flasks have approximate height of 214mm and sidearm O.D. of 7mm. Rubber stopper size is 2. Designed from ASTM Specification E133. Intended for use in ASTM D86, D233, D801, and D802.
Thermometer centering device is designed for 6.5mm O.D. manual thermometer or 1/4" temperature sensor probe as used on standard Automated Distillation Apparatus with Cat.No. 6-26015-125 flasks. This PTFE device with Viton® o-ring seal assures centering of sensor probe in flask neck. Cap is made of yellow polypropylene.
