High Resolution QA-Agarose™ offers extremely fine sieving characteristics for the resolution of DNA fragments in the range 20 bp to 2000 bp. The gel retains manageable characteristics even at 6% concentration. In many cases this agarose can be used to replace polyacrylamide gels. This agarose has low DNA binding characteristics and can be used in blotting assays with fragments less than 600 bp.
