Rainin Pipet Tips For Ergonomic LTS Pipettes - GreenPak™

Rainin BioClean LTS tips are designed specifically for the Rainin LTS LiteTouch-System and feature a cylindrical design with a small sealing area and a positive stop to avoid over-insertion of the shaft. Together with LTS pipettes, they reduce tip ejecting forces by up to 85%. Additionally, on multichannel-models, the LTS system guarantees perfectly even performance on all channels.

The ideal solution for filter tip users, Rainin GreenPak™ consists of individually packaged and wrapped refill-packs for Rainin LTS Tip Racks. These individual tip-rack refills are used with LTS pipettes and require an empty rack for use. The tip racks are available in some sizes with aerosol resistant filters or presterilized with volume ranges from 0.1µL to 1000µL. Each refill is completely sealed and protected against contamination. During loading the hands never touch the tips for cleanliness. This ecological choice is made from recyclable PET, with 75% less than in conventional packaging. Empty racks can also be used for SpaceSaver™ tip refills.

Aerosol Resistant Tips offer proven protection against aerosol contamination. Certified free of RNase, DNase, DNA, Pyrogens, and ATP. Hydrophobic filter eliminates contamination by forming a barrier against aerosols and liquids, eliminating potential sample and pipette cross contamination that could jeopardize results. Filters used in Rainin aerosol-resistant tips are an extremely strong chemically inert matrix molded from pure virgin polyethylene that does not flake or shed particles. The average pore size of 20 microns prevents aerosol passage but does not restrict air flow. Filtered and pre-sterilized bioclean tips are gamma-irradiated to ensure the packaged product is free of bio-burden contamination
