Designed specifically for non-corrosive, non-evaporative applications, the ME4 NT Aluminum-FKM diaphragm vacuum pump is an excellent choice for a wide range of laboratory and process plant vacuum applications. It is even quieter and has less vibration than its predecessor!
Pumps utilize diaphragm vacuum technology for totally dry operation, with no oil to change or monitor. The FKM double planar diaphragm is designed for high performance and increased reliability. Diaphragm withstands up to 10,000-15,000 hours of use before replacement - that’s years in most applications, minimizing downtime and service costs. When it is finally time for service, the unique design eliminates tedious, trial-and-error stroke length recalibration, and most service can be done in the lab in a matter of minutes.
Additionally, Aluminum-FKM pumps operate very quietly, at about the same volume as a conversation. Pump features specially engineered pump heads for high flow rates at working vacuum. Higher flow rates mean reduced process times and higher throughput. All Vacuubrand® pumps and systems must pass rigorous product testing before leaving the factory, ensuring reliable use.
