The PC520 NT dry vacuum system is a popular, space-saving choice for laboratories requiring precise control and powerful vacuum. This system combines the quiet, multi-functional new MZ2C NT diaphragm vacuum pump — often powerful enough for two applications — with solvent recovery glassware and two electronic controllers for excellent results. It is designed for a variety of applications, including rotary evaporation of most commonly used solvents.
- Equipped with two electronically-controlled vacuum ports for labs running multiple vacuum applications simultaneously. Check valves at each vacuum port minimize interference between applications. It aIso features an integrated exhaust condenser, inlet/outlet catchpots, and gas ballast protect the system and the lab from condensed solvent vapors and maximize pump performance.

- Like most Vacuubrand® oil-free vacuum pumps, the PC520 NT oil-free vacuum system features PTFE diaphragms and a fluoropolymer flowpath for excellent corrosion resistance. The flow control and solvent recovery accessories are also made of premium materials like borosilicate glass.
- This system is completely oil-free. The PC520 eliminates the misting, handling, and disposal of contaminated pump oil associated with the operation of rotary vane vacuum pumps. Furthermore, its unique design can provide years of use before the first scheduled maintenance in most lab applications.
