Vacuubrand® PC620 NT Oil-Free Vacuum Systems
By BrandtechThe PC620 NT vacuum system is a popular choice for laboratories requiring precise control and powerful vacuum. This system combines the quiet, powerful MD4C NT pump with two electronically controlled vacuum ports; Solvent recovery glassware is included for superior performance and environment protection. It is designed for more challenging lab tasks, including rotary evaporation of DMSO, centrifugal concentration of DMF, and more.
- Equipped with two electronically-controlled vacuum ports for labs running multiple vacuum applications simultaneously. Check valves at each vacuum port minimize interference between applications. It aIso features an integrated exhaust condenser, inlet/outlet catchpots, and gas ballast protect the system and the lab from condensed solvent vapors and maximize pump performance.
- System generates higher flow rates at working vacuum than pumps with similar specifications for shorter process times, increased throughput, and greater lab efficiency.
- Like most Vacuubrand® oil-free vacuum pumps, the PC620 NT features an integral diaphragm vacuum pump built with PTFE diaphragms and a fluoropolymer flowpath for excellent corrosion resistance. The flow control and solvent recovery accessories are also made of premium, corrosion resistant materials, like borosilicate glass.
- This system is completely oil-free, eliminating the misting, handling, and disposal of contaminated pump oil associated with the operation of rotary vane vacuum pumps. Furthermore, its unique design can provide years of use before the first scheduled maintenance in most lab applications.
