DWK Life Sciences (Wheaton) Sample Vials in Vial File®

The Vial File® provides a compact, easily accessible means of sample storage. The vials are stored in individual partitions within a plastic clear case. The case is made from polystyrene with hinged lids and alphanumerical indexing. Foam inserts provide extra protection.

Clear vials are manufactured from Wheaton 33® low extractable borosilicate glass (meets ASTM Type I Class A and USP Type I standards) to protect pH balance and sample integrity. Amber vials are made from borosilicate glass that conforms to US Type I requirements for light transmission to protect light sensitive samples.

  • Choice of open or solid top black phenolic screw cap
  • Open top screw cap provides for easy sample retrieval with a syringe
  • Caps are attached to vials
  • Both vials and caps are autoclavable
