Turn valve permits storage of samples at sub-ambient pressures or elevated pressures to 250 psi. Also permits pressurization of sample prior to injection. This eliminates back-flushing of carrier gas for sharper peaks and better separations. Tapered, blunt-tip 2.25 x 0.008 x 0.028" needle supplied.
