Corning® 250 and 500mL polypropylene (PP) centrifuge tubes are ideal for applications requiring large volume centrifugation. The polyetherimide centrifuge tube support cushions (Cat.Nos.83-430236 and 83-431124) provide the necessary support during centrifugation to prevent these large capacity tubes from collapsing. Each case of tubes contains a foam rack to facilitate handling. Support cushions must be used with this product unless the centrifuge rotor has V-bottom holders. Maximum RCF is 6,000 x g. Tubes are sterile and certified nonpyrogenic.
