Conical bottom with thin wall permits better heat transfer. The vial has a threaded outer joint for use with [Standard Taper]14/10 microscale apparatus. Supplied with a blue, glass-filled nylon cap, a PTFE/silicone septum, and an ethylene propylene o-ring.
