Simultaneously maintain safety and a clear field of vision by using the Thermo Scientific Nalgene™ Polycarbonate Safety Splash Shield. This shield attaches easily to benchtop shelving, machinery, or other magnetic surfaces for convenient protection from splashes, aerosols, and flying debris. This durable, scratch-resistant 1/8" (3mm) thick polycarbonate shield protects the user and features an easy to maneuver arm. Meets OSHA 29CFR1910.1030 standard.

A flexible 14 inch arm makes it easy to maneuver shield over samples while the magnetic base firmly grips to magnetic surfaces letting you position the shield horizontally (flat), vertically, or on an overhead surface. Shield provides UV protection from 200-360nm for added versatility. Biohazard/Transparent.

Note: Do not use with radioisotopes. Use Nalgene beta-radiation shields when working with beta-radioisotopes. Do not autoclave.
