Customize tubing sets as culture vessels for aseptic transfer of liquids with autoclavable Thermo Scientific Nalgene™ Barbed Polypropylene Bulkhead Fittings, suitable for use with most Nalgene bottle and carboy closures. Pre-drilled 38mm-430 closures allow easy, safe in-house assembly. 53B closures accept (two) 0.25" fittings. Fittings, barbed at both ends, accept tubing for inside and outside container.

Includes instructions, drilling template, and two each of polypropylene barbed fitting, acetyl nuts, silicone gaskets, and TPE port caps.
