Type-K probe provides fast, accurate readings of air/gases, semi-solids, and liquids. The stainless-steel probe is attached to braided metal wire cable. Temperature range of -73 to 982° continuous or 1093° short-term use. Probe has 0.19" diameter and 120" long cable.
