Excellent for storage of hygroscopic chemicals, and to prevent adsorption of moisture when using crucibles, weighing bottles, and watch glasses. A plastic screw-thread top cap allows for easy cover removal. Base is recessed for containment of desiccant. Includes metal plate. Manufactured from soda-lime glass conforming to USP Type III and ASTM E438, Type II, requirements.
