Column with removable coarse (40-60 microns) fritted disc features minimal dead space to eliminate the possible remixing of eluted components. Integral, spherical reservoir at the top of the column for eluting solvent. Complete set-up consists of a column, a stopcock adapter with a size 2 PTFE plug, two ethylene propylene (EP) o-rings, friited disc, and a pinch clamp.
