Barnstead™ MegaPure® Glass Stills & Accessories

Easy to set up and maintain, Mega-Pure® stills have Pyrex®, Vycor®, and PTFE components eliminating the chance of metal parts coming in contact with the distillate or water vapor. Available in five production volumes from 1.4 to 13L/hr.
All Mega-Pure stills:
- Produce pyrogen-free distilled water in accordance with USP XX
- Accept tap or pretreated feedwater
- Have a vertical condenser for maximum water purity
- Feature constant water level devices, illuminated controls, and high temperature cut-off to prevent low boiler water level and overheating.
- Operate with inlet pressures from 20 to 100 psig
- Come with 5' water supply hose and 4' drain hose
Model MP-1 operates at 120V and is available with or without a 6L storage bottle.
All models except the MP-1 can be connected to the ACS (automatic collection system) to automate the distillation system. The MP-3A, MP-6A, MP-11A, and MP-12A also include the feedwater solenoid valve, required for pretreated feedwater. Wall or bench mount convenience.
As additional features, Model MP-12A is equipped with a built-in deionizer for pretreated feed to the boiler, and a distillate cooler to allow product water to be used as it is produced.
Every Mega-Pure unit is enclosed in a baked epoxy painted aluminum cabinet with removable cover. Electrical cords and drain lines are in an easily accessible cabinet recess. All models are UL, CSA listed.
