Erlenmeyer Flaskes are offered in flat bottom and baffled varieties. Both Erlenmeyer Shake Flasks are supplied standard with a patented vented DuoCap. The DuoCap, made of medical grade polypropylene, has a 0.22µm membrane that allows sterile gas exchange when the cap is open. When the cap is closed, the flask becomes leak resistant. The baffled flasks are ideal for applications that require increased levels of oxygenation and mixing. The flask and DuoCap can be autoclaved (less than or equal to 10 cycles) and can withstand temperatures up to 130°C. Each flask is gamma irradiated to sterility assurance level (SAL) of 10-6. Flasks are transparent and feature molded graduation markings.
