Immunofluorescence SHSY-5Y cells were fixed and permeabilized with cold methanol followed by cold acetone. Fixed cells were stained with 5 μg/mL Monoclonal Anti-ADFP/PLIN2 Clone: ADFP-5 (Cat. No. SAB4200452). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Atto488 conjugate (Cat. No. 18772). Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue) to stain nuclei.
Immunoblotting Whole extract of HEK-293T cells overexpressing human ADFP/PLIN2 was separated on SDS-PAGE and probed with Monoclonal Anti-ADFP/PLIN2 Clone: ADFP-5 (Cat. No. SAB4200452).
