The patented Cryolys® Cooling Option is compatible with Precellys® 24 homogenizers and cools all samples before, during, and after the homogenization process using dry ice or liquid nitrogen. Cryolis® enhances the molecular extraction of stable RNA and native-state proteins and is the best solution to protect sensitive molecules from heat degradation during homogenization. It is ideal for working on thermo-sensitive molecules: RNA, siRNA, metabolites, enzymes, and proteins.
