HybriLinker™ HL-2000 Hybridization Ovens
By UVPThe HL-2000 HybriLinker™ combines a hybridizer with a 254nm Ultraviolet Crosslinker in one self-contained, space-saving unit. This unit is designed for effective, efficient crosslinking and hybridization at one location, with each chamber operating independently as well.
The hybridization oven has the same features as the HB-1000, with precise temperature control (ambient to 99.9°C) and variable speed control (10 to 15 RPM) enabling consistent saturation of samples. Microprocessor controlled with large LED display and stainless steel internal construction. Multiple bottle sizes and offset bottle positioning. Small laboratory footprint. Interchangeable optional rocker plate.
The microprocessor controls the temperature and rotation speed of bottles for dynamic mixing capability. This is ideal for creating the optimum conditions needed for cDNA library screenings, primer synthesis and all nucleic acid hybridization. The system is easy to operate with the touch sensitive key pad. The UV crosslinker provides an extremely uniform 254nm shortwave UV exposure chamber for bonding nucleic acid to a medium, typically done prior to hybridization. UV output is measured by an internal sensor and controlled by an on-board microprocessor, enabling accurate, reliable and safe laboratory crosslinking. Preset or user-selected UV energy or UV time exposure are selected via touch pad.
