HM-4000 Multidizer™ Hybridization Oven is designed with two separate chambers offering a variety of motion functions: shaking, orbital rocking, and rotating all in one unit. Two compartments allow for hybridization and blotting procedures requiring different settings. Each section operates independently for multi-function operation. The system offers state-of-the-art microprocessor temperature and variable speed controls.
The lower chamber has the same features of the HB-1000 hybridization oven, with precise temperature control (ambient 10°C to 99.9°C) and variable speed control (10 to 15 RPM). Large LED display and stainless steel internal construction. Multiple bottle sizes and off-set bottle positioning for thorough mixing. Optional rocker plate

The upper chamber temperature range is ambient 10°C to 80°C and operates with a roller action to operate a shaker tray. Optional orbital tray accommodates a variety of container sizes. Switch to bottles with the use of an optional acrylic carousel. Variable speed control for the carousel is 12-20 rpm and enables consistent saturation of samples for washing or hybridization. Shaker Tray speed: 54–106 cycles/min. Orbital tray speed: 1–30 rpm.
