The ChromaDoc-It™ Imaging System offers an economical imaging solution. The system enables economical, simple and efficient functionality for Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) imaging by combining an upgraded high resolution 14.7 megapixel digital color camera and UV cabinet.
The camera is controlled by UVP’s exclusive capture software which loads on the user’s computer. See live preview of gels, plates and colonies on the monitor while saving images in multiple file formats. The easy to use software offers many image capture, image enhancement and reporting tools and supports compliance with 21 CFR Part 11.
The camera mounts to the Chromato-Vue® UV Cabinet which features built-in overhead 15-watt shortwave (254nm) and longwave (365nm) UV tubes positioned on two sides of the cabinet for uniform ultraviolet illumination of TLC images. Overhead white light is included.
System includes: DigiCam 110 digital color camera (camera spceifications subject to change), exclusive capture software (compatible with Windows XP), Ethidium Bromide filter, cabinet with 15 watt 254/365nm UV light. Computer and monitor sold separately.

Thermal Printer: Document archive quality, 256 gray scale images. Achieve low cost prints in seconds. Matte and glossy paper types are available. See Cat.Nos. 49-89-0069-06 for digital printer, 49-89-0038-01 for matte paper and 49-89-0174-01 for glossy paper.
Doc-ItLS Analysis Software: Designed as an easy to use package for analysis of gels. The software offers many image enhancement tools, analysis functions (including accurate finding of lanes and bands, generating histograms, calibrating Molecular Weight standards, measuring angles and lengths), and supports 21 CFR Part 11 compliance. Filters: The SYBR Green filter positioned below the camera enables visualization of SYBR green stained gels. See Cat.No. 49-38-0187-03.
