Agilent spray chambers and supplies are fully compatible with your PerkinElmer ICP-MS. The single pass glass cyclonic spray chamber for good signal to noise performance with excellent washout. Alternatively, the double pass glass cyclonic spray chamber provides improved plasma stability with organic and high TDS samples.
