Monier-Williams Sulfites Distillation Apparatus

For the determination of free sulfite and a reproducible portion of the bound sulfites in food, such as the carbonyl addition products. To ensure a complete seal during the analysis, each joint should be clamped. Five clamps are supplied with the complete apparatus. Manufactured from 33 expansion, low extractable borosilicate glass conforming to USP Type I and ASTM E438, Type I, Class A requirements.
