Application: | Aluminum nitrate nonahydrate can be used as a precursor to synthesize:• AlF3-coated LiCoO2, which is used to prepare a blend composite cathode with Li [Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3] O2 for Li-ion batteries. • Disperse alumina. • Alumina gel by sol-gel method and pure gamma alumina by hydrolysis. • Nanocrystalline ZnAl2O4 by hydrothermal method. • Magnesium aluminum layered hydroxides which are applicable as nanocontainers of corrosion inhibitors for protective organic coatings. |
