Application:	Methyl-13C alcohol is an external reference for the assignment of polymer constitution using nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. It is used to study the proton transfer processes, which offering possibilities for the quantitative mechanism studies of proton-related catalytic reactions. This isotope-enrich solvent is used to confirm the distribution and arrangement of metals from metal organic frame work (MOF) using host-guest interaction study. Also used as trideuteromethylation reagent for the synthesis of deuterated drugs.
