These polyampholytic copolymers enhance ionic conductivity, stability, and compatibility with the electrochemical system. • As a monomer to prepare double-network ion-gel membranes for efficient CO2/N2 separation. MAPTAC induces mechanical strength in the polymer networks. • To fabricate cationic hydrogel by radical graft copolymerization of MAPTAC and salecan. The highly hydrophilic and cationic nature of MAPTAC makes this hydrogel suitable for anionic drug release and delivery. |
