General description: 4,4-Dimethyl-3-thiosemicarbazide is alkyl derivative of thiosemicarbazide. Structure of 4,4-dimethyl-3-thiosemicarbazide in solution has been investigated by NMR and in solid state by IR and X-ray crystallographic methods.
