Application: | Bundles of MWNTs were trapped and manipulated to form nanotube ropes using optical tweezer. MWNTs were calcined and sonicated to form carbon nanoribbons. The nanoribbons were used to fabricate array of 98 source and drain electrodes on a 300 nm SiO2/p++Si substrates.2 A MWNT probe was fabricated on Si cantilevers. |
