Application: | Strontium iodide can be used as a dopant in methylammonium lead iodide perovskite films. The addition of Sr2+ increases the charge carrier collection efficiency of solar cells resulting in very high fill factors. It can be used as a precursor to prepare high-light yield scintillators with excellent X-ray and gamma-ray detection properties. |
